If not will be provided. The flat has 3 bedrooms (one is used for storage), 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, lounge room (not for general use) and kitchen, double glazed windows great sized, big storage space and The room also has a large windows and in plenty of natural light. Kichen is fully equipped : washing machine dryer, microwave, oven, cups, plates etc. The flat is located in central Woolwich and is 2 minutes from Woolwich Arsenal DLR line, many busses, hight street packed with well known brands.. Rent is £325 per month or £75pw (no couples except if you want to rent two double rooms for the same price). Water bills are included. Other bills (gas, electricity, council tax, tv license and Internet) are excluded. Available full Sky Tv package with movies and HD box for extra £30. Required £400 deposit. Registration fee will be required for property management company. References, proof of your incomes. Minimum stay 3 months and just two weeks notice required. The room is available now.
