Biblical-inspired musical Children of Eden is being revived in the West End for one night only in a spectacular star-studded charity gala at the Prince of Wales Theatre on Sunday 29 January 2012. Children of Eden, by Wicked composer Stephen Schwartz and John Caird, will be performed by a company of 75, and will feature stars drawn from the West End and TV. The concert is being staged to raise awareness of the chronic and debilitating condition, Crohn's disease and all proceeds will be donated to Crohn's and Colitis UK. Casting for the gala performance includes Priscilla Queen of the Desert's Oliver Thornton, who plays Adam; We Will Rock You Killer Queen Brenda Edwards (Mamma Noah); 2011 X Factor contestant John Wilding (Abel) and Anton Stephans (Father). . Other stars featured include Lauren Samuels, Russell Grant, Gareth Gates, Anton Stephans, Emma Barton, Waylon Jacobs, John Wilding and Brenda Edwards. The evening will be closed by special guest Kerry Ellis. Children of Eden had its world premiere at the Prince Edward Theatre on January 8, 1991. It's a joyous and inspirational musical about parents, children and faith. Freely based on the story of Genesis, Children of Eden is a frank, heartfelt and often humorous examination of the age-old conflict between parents and children. The show delivers a bittersweet but inspiring message: that the hardest part of love is letting go.

If this is the tie that binds us, then this is the blade to set you free, can you hear the sirens? This is the signal. Are we clear? So what are the magic words? Reaching out for contact, anything to pull you in gravity escapes us, mission failure at course end. So what are the magic words? Dear ground control, is someone listening? Because all I'm getting is dead air. Dead stars for eyes, unending sun (but the body doesn't lie) now relax as we just fade away, now I know her body doesn't lie. One more embrace at the end of time. You are the sin before the fall; you're the storm to end it all. You'll bury me in lies, and then ask to spend the night. You'll barter, beg, and try to tell me it's alright, but it's trite. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Ignore These Tags : experimental post rock post metal instrumental top dillinger escape plan tristeza sunny day real estate Caspian Translation Loss East of the Wall Rosetta Ink and Dagger Chavez Botch Mogwai - Punk Rock Mogwai - "Friend of the Night" Mogwai - Take me somewhere nice Mogwai ...
