Cal Reynold works for the League of Heroics; Astrea is the right hand of the head of the Crucible; Kevin Bachman is a Crucible-cloned henchman with a history dating back to the roots of the Crucible; and Dwayne D. Wibbley is the neutral party and leader of the Henchman's Union, which provides the various factions with all of their henching needs. The four, with a past as friends and roommates from their time at Henching University, still find the time to get together to roll dice and complain about doing the dirty work for the heroes and villains of Viktem City.
