Here is one of the first video games I ever created on an Atari 65xe using a MAC/65 assembler back in 1990. Now I lost the original game files so this one is missing a lot of the screens it once had. Still at least you can see where I began my programming journey back in 1986. So this incarnation was attempted in 2007 and this video is the result. Take a close look. This is not an emulator either. It is retaining the original colors, speed, and sound. The benefit is though I have the LCD display sending a signal to my video converter on my laptop. For those who remember the first programming languages were mostly written in Basic. Now Basic was a compiled language so it slowed down a program when run since the computer had to interpret every since line of code. This game was written in a faster way using coding symbols such as LDA #1 STA 53270. That is called loading the accumulator (LDA) and storing it in a memory location (STA). The sound works, but I didn't program any audio into it yet. Here is an example of how to make a sound loop in Atari Basic. FOR X = 1 to 255 SOUND 0, X*2/((255-(X/2))),8,14 NEXT X So it will kind of sound like TV static which is the noise you get when you have nothing but snow on your screen (when an antenna is not hooked up). The Atari computer was actually able to emulate a lot of neat sounds for it's generation. I created an assembly program once that cycled through a variation of different unique sounds. It kinda sounds like an alien, laser ...

Watch in HD. WTH I was thinking? Seriously? It was going to be a short quick vid and then it become a Season 4 recap. LOL. I should have never started THIS! And especially when I was trying to use SV again. Let's just say I feel like I'm vidding it blind folded. I can't see anything and every time I want to check on something I had to render it and it took ages because it runs not on my main system, it's installed in parallel. I wish I could have done it on FCP, because there I can see everything I want, too bad it asks for gigantic video files, turning a video with 350mb into something around 7.6 GB oO And SV did not allowed me to do half of things I had done, every time I put it to render, surprise! WTH were the things I've made? I had to simplify it a lot... and then instead of using the pro version I went trying the movie studio... it ended up limiting me on some things. Can't I get a FCP that accepts all formats, that would be awesome but I mean a real FCP, not the X version... that is just wrong! Sorry about the rant and the problems with the vid ( I gave up on it, got fed up with all the rendering LOL) and sound (vegas ate pieces of it BLEH) and my attempt to make coloring on it lol. I'm rusty messing with coloring on vegas. Gotta figure things out all over again besides how to do some stuff too. And let's say I'm not a fan of this vid, I regret starting it, but since I lost a lot of time on it already... I was like, I will upload it anyway (well, my first Merlin ...

The Black Ops Briefing Tape for Creating Riots During and at the New Years Eve Celebration of the Year 2000 It is not important how the short video you are about to see was obtained nor is it actually significant in retrospect to attach absolute validity to its origin. It is enough that I myself can lay valid claim to having sent links to the website where it was posted to most members of Congress, Matt Drudge, Mayor Guiliani, the chief of police of New York City and others, months prior to this planned infamy. Do we doubt the stage was set early on in the year 1999 for ominous expectations, that social engineering showed in the media's designs to create the fears and anticipations to make such a thing more likely... in some camps to even welcome it? The Y2K fears of computer mainframes crashing (proving to be false); programs on media facilitating these fears, even in fiction on popular show series like, The X-Files and Millennium; the discovery and whistle-blowing across the nation about military staging for house-to-house-search-and-seizure for weapons and state patriot militias forming in numbers almost overnight to combat any such thing... and the obvious deployment of provoked instances serving both to vilify and discredit any such actions... to list but a few of the signs for what was coming. With the retrospect we as citizens of a once proud republic, now corrupted and on the verge of betraying the only social contract any have with an increasingly impotent ...
