Another in our series of reviews of advertising. This ad is a winner. It's funny and sexy, It shows a group of guys around a swimming pool, watching a girl in the swimming pool removing her top. One of the guys in the pool gets behind her and cups her naked breasts. They both have smirks on their face. Earlier on the ad clearly focuses on the girl's Star of David and one of the guys looks down at his.The surprise ending shows the ad is for a Jewish social network. This ad definitely does what ads are supposed to do; you remember the product being sold ie the Jewish social network. This ad is too sexy for network TV, but certainly OK for cable channels and the internet. Because most modern Jews are quite liberal sexually, eg being for gay marriage etc. most would take it for what it is. Sexy humor. It probably wouldn't work for a Christian social network, because the majority of todays Christians are conservative. This ad clearly hints at more than it shows. It makes you think you've seen more than you actually have. There's no actual nudity. Just hints of it. There have been countless ads showing hands (sometimes male, sometimes female) cupped over a woman's naked breasts. Janet Jackson once did a famous album cover in this fashion. Albert Salmi was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Finnish immigrant parents, and following a stint in the Army, took up acting as a career, studying Method acting with Lee Strasberg. Their only child, Catherine Ann Salmi, died in 1995 of premature heart disease at the age of thirty-eight. Cobb, William Shatner, and Richard Basehart - a role for which Salmi turned down an Oscar-nomination. The third episode of online series "The Collector's Room" starring Rebecca Hansell, Rob Peel, Annie Jackson and Jack Pollock. Written by Luke Owen and directed by Daniel J Brant. Kathleen Miller (Hansell) is a teen movie star who has relied on her marketable looks and personality to get her where she is today. But her manager father, Max (Peel), won't let her go out and hasn't got her any publicity bookings. And even stranger and more sinister- he won't say why. As Kathleen becomes more and more frustrated and the story takes on a dark twist, the star is about to find out that celebrity is fleeting and beauty is only skin deep... "The Collector's Room" is an attempt by Luke Owen and Daniel J Brant to produce a TV-style anthology series on a nonexistent budget and show it online.
