Promo Picture: 29.media.tumblr.com First of all, let me say that this photo is extremely edited so while the makeup here looks very purple just like the rest of the picture, it may not have looked purple IRL. Who knows? I also tweaked this a little bit. A few glittery shades and the shape is different because we have different eye shapes. Overall, I like it and I hope you do too. Faye is my favourite characters in the series besides Diana. I've also done a Shelley Hennig makeup tutorial: www.youtube.com

*Closed Captions & Annotations Included* This is a funny scene from the 1960s television series Thunderbirds, made originally by AP Films in England, and created, according to Wikipedia, by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson. Taken place in the future, when someone is in grave danger, the International Rescue, consisting of the Tracy family, Engineer Brains and Agent Lady Penelope, would be dispatched to rescue the people who are facing the fate. Jeff Tracy is usually the briefer, while his sons, Scott, Virgil, Alan and Gordon, are chosen to be sent out for the rescue. Jeff's fifth son, John, is on board a station called Thunderbird 5 in the Earth's orbit, monitoring distress calls and sends the info to Jeff if needed. The machines used for the rescue mission depends on the briefing. Scott Tracy flies the atmospheric rocket Thunderbird 1, Virgil, the bulky yet safety rescue vehicle Thunderbird 2, Alan, the space-flying rocket Thunderbird 3, and Gordon, the maneouverable submarine Thunderbird 4. In this scene (from the episode Martian Invasion), Scott and Virgil are after an identity thief called "The Hood" that is delivering a cartridge of film. He concealed his identity to sabotage the shooting of a movie a team was doing at the base of a mountain by using charges to trap the actors inside. There was water pouring into the cave, so Scott and Virgil were dispatched in the rescue. International Rescue does not want to be noticed by the world because they occupy an island holding a ...

Latin Quarter- America For Beginners (Live 1986)

Politically-savvy band Latin Quarter let the music do the talking... This was all that was broadcast (I haven't edited it) - maybe the rest of the song was too spicy for British TV of the time? :-) Live at the Town and Country and broadcast as part of Anglia TV's "Cue The Music" late-night concert series. Broadcast some time between 1989 - 1991 but the song choices point towards '85 - '86 ("Modern Times" era) as the likely concert date.
