If you are thinking of a short break in Torbay this was filmed on January 11th 2012. That is the real colour of the sky! People were walking around in T shirts! See more at www.englishriviera.tv The Channel 4 series The Hotel is certainly creating a talking point in Torbay, which has to be a good thing. People talking and putting their ideas out there to promote Torbay is a good thing. Opinions will vary people will agree and, hopefully agree to disagree. The only outcome we would like to see is people working together to promote Torbay as the destination for tourists in the UK. As a matter of fact The Hotel had an audience of two million for the first episode. The Grovsner Hotel had over thirty thousand hits on its website. If this proves nothing else it shows the relationship between a TV series on national television and the internet. We intend to be there every step of the way promoting Torbay.

Friday kicks off with a morning press conference for the Broadway-like venture: Kingdom of Dreams at the sponsored venue of The Fairmont Royal York, Canadian Room. Indian dance choreographer Shiamak Davar invited SRK up to say a few words about Kingdom of Dreams. Along with Davar, Khan is the global brand ambassador for India's first live entertainment and leisure destination. "Kingdom of Dreams is reflective of India, its rich culture and seamless heritage and I am proud to promote my country, my India, through this platform. Kingdom of Dreams is a world class experience and I am ecstatic to be a part of an Indian brand that has set the stage for entertainment at its very best." Two new shows, Jhumroo and Here I Am-Shiamak were also announced at the press conference. The first, a musical comedy, will be launched in October 2011 at Kingdom of Dreams while the second Vegas-inspired dance and music show will take place in the Nautanki Mahal state of the art auditorium. The afternoon presser also showcased Inside, the National Geographic Channel's documentary series which will feature a special show on Kingdom of Dreams on August 7th. The show hopes to unveil how India is using the best of modern technology and wizardry in combination with traditional Indian performing arts and cinematography to enrich the country's cultural heritage and set new heights for the future of Indian entertainment. We first stumbled across Los Angeles hailing singer/songwriter Miguel Jontel in around 2007, as a featured guest on several tracks from fellow West Coasters Blu and Exile's collaborative underground classic LP, Below The Heavens. Fast forward five years and the performer, now going by the mononym Miguel, has a Soul Train Award for Best New Artist alongside BET and American Music Award nominations following his sleeper of a debut album, All I Want Is You -- titled after his J. Cole-featured heat rock single of the same name, produced by Salaam Remi. On November 28, 2011, Miguel made his first trip to the UK to headline at North London venue, The Forum, with a full-on show blitzed by spectacular lights, racy interludes and fresh renditions of fan favourites -- backed by a superb band which included the talented Thundercat, Brook D'Leau and Dru Decaro.
