The TV anime series Papa no Iukoto o Kikinasai! - airing in Japan from January 10, 2012 - is created by studio Feel, based on a "slapstick at-home romantic comedy" light novel series authored by Tomohiro Matsu and illustrated by Youhei Takemura. The story follows Segawa Yuta, a university student who has to live with three sisters that are not from his family: a 14-year-old tsundere, a 10-year-old little demon, and a 3-year-old small girl. After losing his parents when he was small, Yuta was raised by his sister Yuri. He has been living alone since Yuri got married to a middle aged man, back when Yuta was a junior high student. One day, Yuri visits Yuta's apartment and asks him to take care of her three daughters while Yuri and her husband go on a trip. He unwillingly accepts the job, but the plane Yuri took goes missing

The International Academy of Web Television (IAWTV) held its inaugural IAWTV Awards at the 2012 International CES on the evening of January 12, 2012 at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The show was opened by IAWTV Chairman Paul Kontonis and with a reveal of the trophy designed by Susan Clinard. Best known for shaping and promoting the evolving Web television industry, the IAWTV Awards are the first awards show that is by content producers for content producers within the industry. The Awards serve as an annual event that allows its members to pay tribute to the best of their profession, while networking among industry luminaries and supporting the Academy. The first season was filmed in August 2009 in a summer share in Seaside Heights but was also filmed in other towns such as Toms River, Neptune and Atlantic City, New Jersey.
