I'm Dana Ward and today we're giving a shoutout to Selena Gomez for her awesome wardrobe changes at the MTV EMAs. Of course, she was definitely fulfilling her fashion duties as host of the music awards show. I mean, we're not counting or anything, but we're pretty sure that there are almost 10 different outfits for Selena. So let's break it down. SG walked the pink carpet in a very detailed white dress. It's definitely Black Swan inspired with its short almost tutu skirt style, especially with the tulle, but this round had detailed fabric all over the long-sleve style. For the event, Selena took to the stage in a maxi dress, featuring both hard-edge leather and patterned light and airy fabric. She also rocked a fun patterned and slightly brighter frock, with fun beaded details and a bubble-style skirt. But she took that look to the next level -- in color brightness and bubble-skirt goodness with another outfit, this time pulling her hair back and adding a cool, statement piece necklace. Gomez was sure to switch it up with a sparkly red jumpsuit and a bold gold fringe adornment as we as sparkly, multicolored hot pants, a yellow top and violet booties as well as an uber sparkly, long sleeved and shorts one-piece performance outfit. There's a tiny bit of an 80s throwback - both in sound and picture - as we get to see strong, angular graphic backgrounds and lots multiplied-mirrored images of Selena singing and her bandmates rocking. Fashion-wise, 'Naturally' shows the each band member looking very cool and strong. It's no secret that the focus is really on the singer though. We see a more sophisticated Selena in a graphite-grey party dress, blood red tights, a bold gold chunky necklace and a polished, voluminous hair style. Article thanks to 2threads.com The much anticipated follow up to Midnight Fashion was held last Friday at the Royal Melbourne Hotel, and it goes without saying that Midnight Fashion 2 was a fantastic success. Several hundred of Melbourne's young and stylish turned up on the night to witness fun, fashion and to get a taste of what up and coming local designers have in store this season. Kiss Chacey opened the first parade of the evening with their line of funky, bright range of menswear featuring graphic Henley tees paired with dark skinny jeans for a laid back, surf inspired look. I can see this range loved by boys and men alike. Chocolate City went on to impress with a grungy range of menswear featuring leather jackets, faux fur trims along with preppy vests and knit scarves. Chocolate City's women's range was no less impressive. Flattering high waisted dark indigo skinny jeans and skirts featured heavily, along with slinky print dresses that finished well above the knee. Gimp menswear went on to demonstrate that tough skull prints are still very much a feature this season, with fantastic skull print tee opening their parade.
