Games for OLD PC. First of all,sorry for the bad quality of the video. I recorded with low quality so FPS won't drop too much,as this video is NOT about the way I game or FPS RATE in game. The video is about the fact that old PC,old CPUS or GPUs can still run a lot of games. No need to upgrade to multiple cores if you're not that much of a gamer. Old CPUS can still do the work of running most of the games.(Even 2011 ones). So,the games were tested(The games in this video as well as the games in the list of games that run on old PCS/CPUS,that you'll find down here) on : AMD Athlon 3000 + OC 2,42 Ghz 1 GB RAM DDR 200 (400Dual) Mhz NVIDIA PX8500 GT TDH (512 MB/128 BIT). All games settings were set to as HIGH AS POSSIBLE* except for FEAR 2. *no AA,of course and 1280x1024 MAX Used Resolution. As you can see,is a crappy PC,a very old one. CPU was made in 2001,RAM is a 1GB DDR1 200 Mhz and a 2007 GPU. (One of the shittiest) If we look at nowadays computers,we will see that PC run up to 18 Processors and MORE,32 GB and/or MORE and 6 GB/or more GPUs. THE COMPUTER USED HERE IS OLD. IF YOU OWN OLDER PC,THEN TAKE THAT DINOSAUR TO A MUSEUM. So,enough talking. Here's THE UPDATED LIST for same or similar PC configuration(random) : -The Sims(1,2 and 3 on Low/Med Settings) -Wolfenstein -Return to Castle Wolfenstein -Halo -Fear (1,2) -Warhammer 40K -Warhammer 40K DoW 2(Low Settings) -STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl -Resident Evil 5(and above,of course) -Avatar The Game -BioShock -Dead Space ...

ENJOY THE GAMEPLAY ON HD 5450 ! 3 More things: 1-This is not me playing at my best,the video is just to show people how COD-BO runs on HD 5450. 2-I never played this game before. 3-This GPU is NOT meant for gaming,although it has DX11 and 1GB GDDR3,this GPU is meant for office PCs or HTPC computers. A short video on how this game performs on the old 9600GT. This game was played on the following computer (PC) configuration: i7 860 Lynnfield 2,8 Ghz-Turbo 3,4 ghz-8MB Cache Level 3 700Watts Modular PSU(Cooler Master Real Power M620) MSI Motherboard(The cheapest one there is for socket 1156,I just don´t believe in motherboards,the difference between a bad,normal and high-end one is made by only 2-5 FPS;in gaming) 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz Samsung 9-9-9-24(Latencies) 1TB Hitachi HDD SATA2-7200RPM Scythe Katana 3-CPU Cooler NVIDIA XFX 9600GT Alpha Dog Edition-with some overclock made: -Core Clock:807 Mhz -Shader Clock:1917 Mhz -Memory Clock:1001 Mhz So,this is the computer that ran the game on the following settings: SETTINGS IN THE VIDEO. ¨ALTO¨ stands for HIGH. So,this is just another video of DIRT 3,you might say. But what I´m trying to prove here is that a good combination/mix of PC components can make a really happy computer,a one ready for everything:Programs,Internet,GAMING,and so on... I wasen´t going to waste 300 $ on a GPU that offers almost(not that close,but you know what I mean) the same performance as the one I own right now. The 9600GT XFX Alpha Dog Edition is a really,really,really GOOD GRAPHICS CARD. Is a beast actually,since all the stuttering(low Frames) were mainly caused by Bandicam(FRAPS).
