1st of many video flyers from punk/metal band Evil Come, Evil Go. BIO: Imagine a musical wrestling match that sounds like The Misfits versus Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Dream Theater as their managers, and Dio as the referee. The outcome would be THIS band. Beginning in 2008, Evil Come, Evil Go began with a fondness of horror films (movies, life, etc.) and combined it with their musical influences of The Misfits, Bad Religion, Pennywise, Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest. This unapologetic hybrid of punk and metal appeal to many different crowds for its diversity, the speed of punk rock but the harmony melody that's reminiscent of Heavy Metal acts of the 80's. This sound brings together crowds of young and seasoned rockers to their shows providing a broad spectrum of fans including Corey Harrison from the TV show Pawn Stars, Dez Cadena, Misfits/former Black Flag guitarist, and Jim Rose CEO of the Jim Rose Circus. Each member has an influence in Punk, Metal, and straight up Rock 'N' Roll. Featuring the vocals of Don Domino whose range goes from a husky tone to that of Elvis Presley, to the banshee like yells much like singers from the "New Wave of British Heavy Metal" Era, the fast pace drumming and timing of ChristoFEAR who keeps the speed/thrash sound of ECEG. It ends with a special tribute to the extraordinary band members, who perform a medley from "My Fair Lady." Part two of the PBS special highlights the astonishing "overnight" popularity of "The Lawrence Welk Show" and the public's fascination with the Welk stars, which continues even today. The tabloid press doesn't write about the Welk Musical Family now, but at one time, the Welk Stars were the darlings of the fan magazine world, along with Elizabeth Taylor, Jackie Kennedy and The Beatles. Love and marriage within the Musical Family is discussed and the 'soap opera' aspect of the show is laughed about by various performers. Part three of "Lawrence Welk's TV Treasures" explains how "The Lawrence Welk Show" was produced each week, from concept to broadcast, with producer/director, Jim Hobson, who worked on the show for 27 years on commercial television. Cosmos: War of the Planets (Italian: Battaglie negli spazi stellari) is an Italian film directed by Alfonso Brescia and starring John Richardson, released in 1977. It is considered a remake of the 1965 film Planet of the Vampires. The film begins with the crew of a spaceship seeing explosions in space and asteroids flying by. They are afraid that they are going to be hit, but their ship's computer, named Wiz, tells them that they were seeing the "refraction" of an event that took place millions of years ago. Overjoyed, the ship's crew hug and kiss each other. Next follows a scene within the Orion space complex (whose introduction includes stock footage of the Japanese space launch center) of Captain Mike Hamilton's slapping a fellow officer. Soon he is called to report on this behavior to the base commander. He says that the other officer did not give him a command personally, but told him to follow the directions of a computer. Hamilton's attitude against such machines is one of the few themes of the story. A scene derived from 2001: A Space Odyssey next appears. Hamilton and his ship, the MK-31, are sent to repair an automated satellite. One of the crew floats over to the satellite and starts work. Viewing this on the screen, Hamilton is upset because it is required that spacewalkers work in teams of two, and predicts that the acid in the battery will eat through the astronaut's suit.
