JonesCAM tested its newest HD helmet cameras during the Arenacross races recently held in Albany, NY. Awesome holeshots, whoops and big air were all recorded thanks to Cycle City Promotions promoter Tod Hammock and his staff that put this great show together for your entertainment. Pro rider John Dowd, better known as the "Junkyard Dog" has wore the JonesCAM recorders during practice and races for several years now and this time it was all captured in HD. Testing with John were Glens Falls, NY pros, Troy and Elliott and John's son Ryan. The low profile, shock and waterproof device was worn on top of the helmets and under the visor where many riders say they prefer wearing it. The less any camera is exposed to rocks, mud, snow and tree limbs/brush, the better. The new "ION" series of DVR's were designed to be worn on caps, visors, and goggles, try that with a few others out there...
