Samsung is presenting its complete spectrum of consumer electronics devices at CES 2012 in Las Vegas. Among the company's highlights of the Consumer Electronics show are the Galaxy Tab 7.7, the smartphone Galaxy Note S, the new ES8000 Smart LED TV series, as well as the notebook 9 series. The new Galaxy Tab is being billed as the thinnest and lightest tablet ever released by the company. It is the first of its kind to sport a 7.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display at a 1280x800 pixel resolution. The Android 3.1 Honeycomb-powered device can also act as a Smart TV remote control. The new ES8000 Smart 3D TV uses Samsung's Smart Interaction to listen and see the user's commands. It also has a built in camera and mic for facial, gesture and voice recognition. We had an exciting first day the the CES 2012 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre! JVC unveiled the world's first 4K handheld camcorder, while Go Pro showed us their new WiFi BacPac attachment for their cameras. We also checked out LG's booth that showcased some stunning 3D screens and Motorola's new smartphone, the Motorola's Droid Razr . There was an amazing crowd at the Microsoft booth as everybody was eager to find out about Windows 8. Sigma showed us their debut 19mm and 30mm MFT and E-mount primes. The Samsung 75'' LED TV series prototype was on display at the Samsung booth. Samsung also showcased the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, their new smartphone that has yet to be released in Singapore.
