BARK BARK BARK .. Yap yap yap yap yap yap .. Whine .. Howl .. "scratch rattle" Whine Howl Yelp !!!!!! "SHUUUUDDUP" !!!!!! Who allows Barking dogs.? To keep barking NEARLY ALL NIGHT LONG -- "every night".? (until even their owner screams obscenities at them) WHO NEEDS THIS AT NIGHT After Proactive's excessively L_O_U_D MORNING noise I counted them recently. 5 or 6 DOGS .. Fairly Consistantly (& almost constantly): NOISEY DOGS Seemingly "deliberately positioned" AS CLOSE AS POSSIBLE To one's 3rd bedroom window? And yet it matters little .. As to WHERE in one's Father's House one sleeps.? As "THOSE THINGS" .. Can even be heard above the (deaf) Old Man's - "loud" TV. But ? Why's the TV so loud..? It has to be..!!! So that we can "hear" the thing when ON. Above BOTH of the two noisey environments next door: 1 is: Excessively LOUD "proactive" fitness centre's music In the "early" VERY EARY mornings.. Tuesdays & Thusdays - AS LOUD AS .. Until just after 6-am UNIL 7-am Then it's silence .. until nearly mdday.? That's from across the road.. (recorded MANY TIMES on other videos) AND THOSE DOGS.. (next door) From mid afternoon until Midnight or later But wait.. There's more. Some days .. when my Old Man "comes" out of his house.. (Or as recently happened - whenever he returns home) He's MET by "wandering dogs".. That have been allowed to RUN LOOSE (in the town of Alexandra - without leashes or other CONTROL) And that have then wandered ONTO his property. Also .. very recently.! He ...
