His career officially took off in 1995, when he opened his club called House Café in the city of Basel. This club is the benchmark for the progress of the whole scene in Basel and the cult-parties are still in fond memories. After a short tip into the Swiss Hip Hop scene, DJ Antoine had quickly switched genre, getting hooked on the Pumping-House-Wave. In 1998, he released his first album "DJ Antoine -- The Pumpin' House Mix". 1999 "Houseworks 1" won the first gold award. After that, things started to move very fast. Until this day, DJ Antoine has produced 51 CDs, strongly establishing his music and himself in the music and clubbing scene. Since 2003 he has been hosting his own weekly radio show, which is broadcasted by radio stations all over the world. This man has been on a roll of late spreading his unique Angolan vibes. 'One Night' is an emotional piece of dark deep house sung beautifully by Sandy Spady who resides in New York and has had previous releases on Strictly Rhythm with The Wizard Brian Coxx. The guys hooked up when Djeff was introduced to Sandy through Coxx last year. There's a real global feel about this remix package. Black Motion from South Africa lead the way giving us their interpretation bringing their energy drum lead vibe straight to the dance floor, this mix already a favourite on Tribe's dance floor. Arnaud D another producer from Lyon on the rise follows up with two takes, one deeper mix very much on the atmospheric tip and one drum mix aswell showing his versatility. N'Dinga Gaba and Filipe Narciso, from the USA and Portugal respectively round off a very impressive remix package. Paul Frederic Simon (born October 13, 1941) is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. Simon is best known for his success, beginning in 1965, as part of the duo Simon & Garfunkel, with musical partner Art Garfunkel. Simon wrote most of the pair's songs, including three that reached number one on the US singles charts, "The Sound of Silence", "Mrs. Robinson", and "Bridge Over Troubled Water". In 1970, at the height of their popularity, the duo split, and Simon began a successful solo career, recording three highly-acclaimed albums over the next five years. In 1986, he released Graceland, an album inspired by South African township music that helped fuel the anti-apartheid movement. Besides music, Simon wrote and starred in the film One-Trick Pony in 1980 and co-wrote the Broadway musical The Capeman in 1998. Through his solo and collaborative work, Simon has earned 13 Grammys, including the Lifetime Achievement Award. La Vuvuzela: With Moller working from the UK and Tarryn in Cape Town, Moller placed an ad on the Cape Town Gumtree website for vocalists and dancers to form the group. Tamsyn and Sam -- both dancers -- responded and La VuVuZela was born on August 23rd 2009. Since then the girls' have put together their first single, 'Be Mine Tonight' in record time with the help of top international song writers and producers such as Jack D Elliot -- who has worked with Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake. Their debut single [Be Mine Tonight] went to hit No. 1 on the Nokia Take 40 SA charts and went on to become the charts 10th most popular record on their yearly top 100 chart. They also hit number one on Zane Derbyshire's HIGHVELD & KFM's Homebrew Top 10 Charts and since the release of their first album a second single titled "5 More Minutes" has also gone to No:1 on the Nokia take 40 chart. In November last year, Lavuvuzela received airplay on commercial, community and university radio stations around both South Africa and Europe.
