[PLOT INCASE YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND]Brooke and Lucas were together, but she couldn't take the Peyton loves Lucas thing anymore and decided to break up with him unwillingly. The clips with voice overs are the PAST. You would notice because they look younger. Anyway 4 years passed and she sees Peyton and Lucas together and she finds out they're engaged.She starts to remember the past and how much she loved Lucas and how much she actually still loves him. They become close again and Lucas starts to realize that he shouldn't have let her go, he kisses her one night and she leaves again out of respect to Peyton. She starts to realize that all she wanted was for him to want her back, she returns (rain scene) and all the memories of the past start coming back to them.
